I was born in Kapan and raised in Jharuwarashi, a small village in the Lalitpur district. Jharuwarashi is religious and surrounded by trees and small hills. This village is famous for Mahadev Temple, aka Santaneshwor Mahadev.
In my school days, I was an average student. I studied just to get a good grade instead of learning and growing myself as a student. I never had a chance for extracurricular activities during my school days. At that time, parents and teachers were more concerned about the grades instead of focusing on the personal growth and development of the students.
I never thought of choosing a teaching career, but I always wanted to help underprivileged children as I can relate to them. As a Saathi teacher, I got the opportunity to help the children and a platform where I can experience, grow and help the children. And this phase will be the initial stage of my helping the children.
I will complete this two-year journey with passion, love, fun, support and care. I will focus on academic content and moral behaviour, which will help them grow personally. I can add to teach them about the environment. As an environment student, I believe that it is essential and will be more fruitful if we teach them about the environment as they are in the initial stage of growth and development.
