Being an older daughter at home and shy in nature has taken my life to the turn of responsibility and chaos. To ask any kind of questions to teachers was the scariest thing to remember. Life was never easy on me. The financial instability of the family took me near to dropping out of the school situation. For a child, I feel that could be the most disturbing memory to live with.
I am grateful for my teachers who supported me by consulting with the administration so I could complete my studies. No one would imagine, me studying this much and I feel it's a symbol of “Everything is possible” in life. Following the ups and downs of life, I connect more with rural kids of Nepal whose story is similar to mine.
Saathi Teachers programme is a great platform for me to work on quality of education and be with kids to work directly for a better cause. In this journey, I want to be an ideal teacher for my students who don’t only shout, scares, or humiliate them but a teacher who teaches with fun.
