During my childhood, I grew up in a middle-class family where we had to make sacrifices and sometimes lacked certain necessities. However, my parents always tried their best to provide for us and ensure we never felt the impact of those shortcomings. As a student, I was known for being diligent, disciplined, and goal-oriented, and I received a lot of support and encouragement from my teachers. In fact, during my college years, I took on the role of a youth leader advocating for children's rights at Bal Sanjaal.
Traditionally, the eldest son in a family is viewed as the second-in-command after the parents, responsible for carrying the burden of the family. However, during my childhood, I felt like a beacon of hope, tasked with making my parents proud and achieving their dreams. This was partly due to the encouragement and positive feedback I received from my teachers and the broader community.
There are many achievements, among which, for the first time, I came first in the college singing competition, and became an example of a smart and disciplined student in the college. But the most memorable moment was when I expressed my feelings about the pain of my mother and wrote a poem about it. I won the hearts of the judges and the audience.
Talking about challenges, my brother and I stopped studying for two years due to the poor financial condition of the family. After completing +2, there were many challenges while working as a new person working in a new place. It was a challenge to face things like customer behavior, working style, likes and dislikes, customer anger, etc. Among many such challenges, I do not give up.
Education is the essence of living. It's a guide to achieving dreams, developing mental, social, and emotional capacities, and contributing to personal and social advancement. It's a never-ending journey of learning, and as a teacher, I believe knowledge is infinite. Education has equipped me to navigate new environments with creativity and confidence.
Investing in the education of children is crucial as they are the ones who will become future leaders and drive the development of our country. By providing children with high-quality education, we can ensure that they have a bright future. Additionally, their families and society will also benefit from the positive changes that education can bring. Therefore, it is essential to focus on improving the current education system as it lays the foundation for a better future. Education is not only important for individual success but also for the survival and progress of the country.
For approximately four years, I held the position of child leader in a children's club. Furthermore, the majority of government schools in our country have inadequate educational standards. When I completed my secondary education and was without any specific plans, a friend of mine was assisting young children in rural areas of Nepal by working as a HELP SAATHI TEACHER, this inspired me to join in and provide service to these children as well.
Actually, I'm a math teacher. My goal is to make math subjects interesting and teach my students in a fun way. But I want to make a free environment in mathematics where there won't be any burdens to learn maths. Students can learn from anything in society from anywhere. I want to see them create their own way of learning. And for that, I want to learn my students how they think, what they want, and what I must do to be the teacher they want. To be that type of teacher, I will take help, will do research, and coordinate with my co-fellow and other experienced teachers and principals of my school and, of course, parents.
