As a child, I was always a shy yet friendly person. As a student, I maintained an average level of performance. Coming from a middle-class family, I didn't have any defined roles or responsibilities within my family structure.

One memorable achievement from my childhood was receiving a dictionary as a reward for being awarded the title of 'Best Discipline-2069'. It left a lasting impression on me. Throughout my childhood, I faced the challenge of verbal domination from relatives and other members of society due to living in my maternal uncle's home. Despite this, I tried my best to ignore the negativity. However, during my secondary education in grades 9 and 10, I experienced a significant drop in my grades, which caused frustration and mental distress. I pushed myself to work harder to overcome this setback, practising diligently to improve and achieve higher marks. Education is undeniably an essential element for survival in life. Our educational system often heavily emphasises theory-based education, while our society places great importance on academic achievements. However, practical knowledge holds its own value, as it equips individuals to lead decent lives and make informed decisions.

Education is crucial for developing a moral compass and shaping our conscience. It is a basic need that plays a vital role in every person's life. As mentioned before, education plays an indispensable role in our lives, whether it is theory-based or practical. Therefore, students need to have access to education to navigate their paths successfully. I received my education from a secondary school, and during my time there, I became aware of the neglect and lack of quality education for many students. This motivated me to become involved in Saathi Teacher Programme, which is dedicated to providing qualitative education. Being a part of this initiative has further strengthened my motivation to impact young learners' lives positively. As for the achievements I hope to attain on this journey, I don't have specific plans. I consider any good deed I do as an achievement, and even failures will be valuable learning experiences. My primary motivation is to learn and facilitate the learning of my young students, as I believe that knowledge and growth are the ultimate goals.
