I'll never forget one of my teacher's sayings: "The class is a garden full of diverse flowers, and you are all distinct flowers for me, each with their own significance." Those sentences have always motivated and inspired me to be a student-centred teacher.
"The most important thing is to be patient," I learned from the Help Saathi programme. I'm more confident now than I was before. This programme helps me to become a better leader. I'm continuing my Saathi journey in my third year because I believe there's more I can do in this program and for children.
